This is dry and has a very pleasant average temperatures during the four seasons of the year. They are accustomed, generally, to colder temperatures and to the early darkness of the day to day of their places of origin, so to enjoy so many hours of sun and clarity is something very precious for them.

Another reason is the proximity of the town to the Mediterranean Sea, since a few kilometers away you can visit different beaches of the Costa Blanca. In this way, the new international inhabitants enjoy quiet hours of water and fun, together with beautiful sunsets without residing in populations that triple their population during the summer months.

The price of housing and health care in Spain are two decisive factors by which foreigners decide to change residence once they have retired or simply because they have visited our country and want to start a new life in it.
